London's pub lecture series
The smartest night out in London.
One expert. One big topic. One pub. Hear someone who knows their stuff, then ask them anything.
“Properly interesting talks.”

What you'll hear
How a night works
Not a lecture hall. A pub.
No exams, no slides full of jargon, no sitting in silence. Just a good story from someone who has spent years on it.
A night at Pints of Knowledge
Grab a seat
Find a spot, get comfy and settle into a room full of curious people.
Hear the talk
One person who knows the subject inside out spends 30 to 45 minutes on it.
Ask anything
Then 15 minutes of Q&A. Ask the thing you've always wanted to know. Often the best part of the night.
Tickets
Book your seat
Rooms are small and talks sell out, so book ahead.
Good questions
Before you book
Do I need to know anything about the topic?
No. Every talk is pitched at curious people, not specialists. If you've ever fallen down a Wikipedia hole, you're the audience.
Can I come on my own?
Yes, and plenty of people do. Everyone in the room picked the same topic, so you've already got something to talk about.
How long is it?
An hour in total: a 30 to 45 minute talk, then 15 minutes of Q&A.
Where is it?
A pub in London. The address is on the ticket listing above and on your ticket.
What if it has sold out?
Join the Pints of Knowledge WhatsApp community. Extra seats and new line-ups go there first.
Your next good story starts in a pub.
Grab a mate (or don't) and see what all the fuss is about.
